Projects and service plans may require a deposit or advance payment before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule in your signed agreement or invoice.
3.2 Recurring Payments and Subscriptions
Some services (such as SEO, hosting, automation, or review management plans) are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated, these plans renew automatically each month until canceled.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel any ongoing plan with 3 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
- Work completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed in full.
- Deposits and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services at our discretion (for example, for non-payment or misuse).
If Slade Insights cancels a service before completion, you will receive a refund for any unearned portion of your payment.
3.4 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit card, ACH, or other methods through our approved third-party processors (such as Stripe or GoHighLevel). You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds for processing.

All timelines and milestones are estimates and depend on your responsiveness and timely delivery of necessary materials (such as content, access credentials, or approvals).
We will make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
5. No Warranty on Services
All services and deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no express or implied warranties regarding specific performance, search rankings, or outcomes. Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control (such as competition, algorithms, and market trends).
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, timely information necessary for service delivery
- Grant access to accounts or systems needed for our work (e.g., website, hosting, Google Business Profile, CRM)
- Not use our services for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes
- Maintain backups of any content or assets you provide
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any materials or data you provide do not infringe on third-party rights or laws.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your business (e.g., websites, graphics, and written content).
Slade Insights retains ownership of proprietary systems, workflows, templates, and internal tools used to deliver services.
7.2 Portfolio Use
You grant Slade Insights permission to display completed projects and results (such as websites, screenshots, or metrics) in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Website Content and User Submissions
If you submit content, comments, or materials through our Website, you grant Slade Insights a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display that content in connection with our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
